H.
D. BROWN
Real Estate and Loans
There are but few sections of Sioux City that
do not owe some part of their development to H. D. Brown,
a real estate man of long standing in Sioux City. Mr. Brown
first opened an office here in 1906. Since that time he has
handled hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of real estate.
He has sold and resold property here watching the increase in
value each time. These increases marked the stages in development
of the city. Through the load department, Mr. Brown and H.
D. Brown, Jr. have financed the building of many homes and
numerous building blocks. Mr. Brown himself has been a citizen
of Sioux City for over 30 years and has taken an active part
in civic and commercial activities during those years.
