H. D. BrownH. D. BROWN

Real Estate and Loans

There are but few sections of Sioux City that do not owe some part of their development to H. D. Brown, a real estate man of long standing in Sioux City. Mr. Brown first opened an office here in 1906. Since that time he has handled hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of real estate. He has sold and resold property here watching the increase in value each time. These increases marked the stages in development of the city. Through the load department, Mr. Brown and H. D.
