Obituary of Elmer Frank:

Pendleton, Ore. -- Elmer F. Frank, 67, of Pendleton, Ore., died Sunday, Jan. 31, 1988, at St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton.

   Mr. frank operated Bronco Tavervan in Pendleton for 15 years.  He was a vetran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.

   He was born Aug. 27, 1920 in Lewisville, Ohio, to Harman [sic] Jay and Olive Jane Stimpert Frank.

   His wife, Charlotte Randall Frank, died July 20, 1981.  They were wed Feb. 2, 1940.

   Mr. Frank was also preceding in death by four brothers and one sister.

   Surviving are one stepdaughter, Sharon Pettit of McCleary, Wash.; one stepson, Dick Davis of Boulder, Colo.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. William (Bonnie) Archer of Zanesville; and one brother, Harold W. Frank of Zanesville.

     Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements.
