Read some of my favorite books online. I have HTMLed these books and they are believed to be in the public domain. They are published here for your reading pleasure NOT for profit.
How this site came about?
 In August of 1999 I purchased Rocket eBook. There are thousands of eTexts of books in the public domain available on the internet and I started downloading, HTMLing, and converting them to RocketEditions because I love to read on the go. My parents had started reading eTexts online using WebTV but found that some of the texts were to large for WebTV to handle so I started uploading the HTML used to create my RocketEditions to the internet for them to read.
