Know all men by these Presents that I, Roland Sackett of Westfield, Hampden County Massachusetts, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, hereby make pubish and declare this my last will and testament to wit:
I give, devise and bequeath to my son Ashmun Sackett, all the estate real, personal and mixed, of which I may die seized and possesed, upon condition that he shall have the following legacy within one year after my decease, to wit; to my son Enoch Sackett four hundred dollars, to my son Roland Sackett three hundred dollars, to my daughter Marilla Hale one hundred dollars: to have and to hold all said estate upon the above condition to him and his for ever.
To the children of my deceased son Augustus Sackett and to the children of my deceased daughter Rachel and Amanda Sackett, I give nothing.
I direct my executor hereinafter named to disintrn the bodies of my son Richard, my daughter Rachel and my mother-in-law, now buried on the farm now occupied by my son Ashmum, and intrn them in the lot accured by me in the Pine Hill Cemetery in said Westfield.
I hereby constitute and appoint my son, Ashmun, executor of this my last will and testament and revoke all former wills by me made.
