The said plat embraces the following described premises, lying and being in the City of Beloit, County
of Rock, and State of Wisconsin, to wit:
"A part of the fractional lots 1 and 2 in Sec. 26, Town 1, Range 12, bounded on the south by the

described, known as HALE's Addition to Beloit, and that he attaches to this petition a blue print of the said Addition, which he asks to be vacated.

to Beloit, to be called "Twin Oaks Addition to Beloit," and is said Addition, or re-platting, to make the building lots of larger dimension or wider frontage, more desirable for building purposes, and with streets better adapted for the use of the general public.
Dated, Beloit, April 10, 1900.
