- Resolved, That the Board of Public Works cause a sidewalk
and terrace grade to be established on Fourth street
- from Bridge street as far north as E street.
- Ald. HANSEN presented the following resolution which
was adopted:
- Resolved, That the Board of Public Works be directed
to cause the fence fronting the property designated as No.
- 1233 Emerson street to be placed on the proper street line,
as said fence as now located is a nuisance and source of complaint
by pedestrians passing on the sidewalk abutting the property.
