- The following communication was presented and referred to
the Aldermen of the Fourth ward:

- MAYOR OF THE CITY OF BELOIT, WIS.
- Dear Sir: -
I beg to inform you that Highland street is being drained by
means of a sewer on to my lot,
- No. 231 of HACKETT's addition of your
city. The water is washing a hole in the side of the bank, and
I desire to have you discontinue the drain immediately. Your
prompt action in this matter will greatly oblige me.
