- To the Honorable Mayor and Common Council
of the city of Beloit: -
- The undersigned property owners and residents
of Elm street, between E and D streets, would
- respectfully call you attention to the condition
of said street. Some two or three years ago the water extension
was put in and the street was left in very bad condition. There
are high ridges and low places and water does not drain off after
it rains. We would ask that you have the street leveled and low
places filled, and provide some way to carry off the water which
floods our property, causing great damage to health and property
for which you petitioners would ever pray.
