- tablished on said street, is in our opinion,
not the best that could be established, and is in fact, a serious
detriment to our property.
- We would respectfully ask that Eighth street,
as its intersection with Highland avenue, be lowered one
- foot and that Highland avenue be lowered
to conform with Eighth street at said point and the grade be
allowed to stand from there to a point 396 ft. from the said
intersection of Eighth street and Highland avenue, which is the
point where the break occurs in the grade as now established.
- It is our opinion that an error has been
made in the original grade as established several years ago and
- we would ask that this be changed before
it is a serious damage to our property.
