With the Boys

[untitled]
Archie Randall.
(p. 56)

Sergeant Randall, who was with the 42nd Division, tells the following of the 32nd Division, which he saw going into
action, and which he recognized at the time: "It was near Chateau Thierry on or about July 27, and, I think, probably the 32nd's first big engagement. I wish to say that I have never seen any division (I do not know the regiment) go into action under fire, such as the 32nd was receiving, with such coolness, such discipline and with such exceptional courage."
                          ARCHIE RANDALL
