- DIED. Ella [E.] WADSWORTH, aged six years, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Almond
- WADSWORTH, and granddaughter of Daniel WADSWORTH,
died after a protracted and painful sickness, Sunday night last.
It was a severe blow to the doting parents and the aged grand
parents.
- Ella was a promising child; a scholar of Mrs. POTTER's
infant class in the Methodist
- Sunday School, and on whom many hopes were centered as a
child of more than usual expectancy. Many a tear of sadness will
be dropped by the remaining class, as they bear the little innocent
hence to the dark and silent tomb. The parents feel their grief
to be almost unbearable. her funeral takes place from the Methodist
church today, Wednesday. [Wednesday, p. 1, col. 3]
