DIED - In this city, on the 20th inst., of consumption, Mr. James B. BROWN, aged 29 years, formerly of Malone, N.Y.
    The places that knew him.
    Will know him no more;
    He lives with his friends,
    Who have gone long before.
    He has gone to the spirit land;
    The land of the blest;
    We doubt not, but quiet,
    And calm is his rest.

[DIED -] On Sunday morning, Sept. 20, Mary G., daughter of Josiah and Hanna C. SPAULDING, aged 30 years. Funeral at the residence of Josiah SPAULDING, on Wednesday, at 9 o'clock a.m.

[DIED -] At 10 o'clock p.m., Sept. 22d, Mrs. HADLEY, mother of Mrs. John R. BEAL, aged 84 years.

[DIED -] In this city, on the 21st inst., Willie E., only son of Wm. W. and Helen M. WHEELER, aged 15 months and 14 days.
'Tis lonely now our rosebud is gone.

[DIED -] September 15th, Stephen C., youngest child of Milton and Mary WALES, aged 10 months and 3 days.

[DIED -] In Johnstown, Sept. 22d, Charles Eddie [blurred - might be Eddin], youngest child of J. E. and S. M. THAYER, aged 5 years and 7 months.

[DIED -] In the town of La Prairie, Sept. 19th, Jane BOSS, wife of Andrew BOSS, aged 59 years.

MARRIED - In this city, by Rev. C. L. THOMPSON, on the 25th inst., at the residence of the bride's mother, Mr. Daniel P. SMITH and Miss Mary G. SHUMWAY. [p. 1, col. 6]
