OBITUARY.
Miss Margaret Mouat.
Last rites over the remains of the late Miss Margaret MOUAT of Chicago were held today. The
body arrived from Chicago this morning and was taken immediately to the Mount Zion cemetery, where burial was made. Rev. F. H. Brigham of the Cargill Methodist church conducted the services. [p. 5, col. 2]

Michael Fineran.
Requiem high mass was celebrated this morning at nine o'clock at the St. Mary's church for the
late Michael FINERAN. Rev. Father Goebert officiated at the mass and also delivered the funeral sermon. Interment was made in the Catholic cemetery at Albany, Wis., the body leaving heer [here] via the Milwaukee road at ten forty o'clock. The pallbearers were Thomas, John, William and Patrick FINERAN, Patrick MURRAY and William GIBBELING. [p. 5, col. 2]

A nine pound baby daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Roy D. CULER Friday morning, Aug.
25, at Mercy Hospital. Mother and babe are doing nicely. [p. 5, col. 2]

NEWS OFO [OF] BROTHER'S DEATH COMES TO MRS. J. HIGGINS.
Mrs. John HIGGINS, 920 School street, has received the sad news of the sudden death ofher
brother, Edward HOUGHTON, which occured at Ouray, Colorado. Notice of the funeral will be given later. [p. 5, col. 7]
