- Gossard Plant Busy in 1921
-
- The H. W. GOSSARD company has completed a good year,
considering the general business
- conditions of the country, declares L. F. BENNETT,
manager of the Janesville plant.
- "We have been able to run most of our plants almost
full time for most of the year," he says. "The
- Janesville plants have been particularly prosperous. Our
production has been high."
- "Prospects for 1922 are good. We are optimists. We believe
that if we produce a good article for
- a fair price the buying public will respond. * * * We look
for a big increase in our business." [p. 26, col. 8]
-
- [Note: "* * *" is the old way of saying "..."
- in this case it means that the middle part of Mr. BENNETT's
statement was omitted from the article.]
