OBITUARY - Mrs. Jack YLVISAKER; Julie Kay YLVISAKER
Edgerton - Mrs. Jack YLVISAKER, 25, Edgerton, a Janesville resident until coming
here following her marriage 5 ½ years ago, died at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Edgerton Memorial Hospital. Her infant daughter Julie Kay, born Friday died at 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the hospital.
The former Carolyn BROWN was born in Janesville July 2, 1929, and attended
schools there. She was employed at the Parker Pen Co. until her marriage to Jack YLVISAKER, Dec. 17, 1949.
Surviving are her husband; two sons, Jack Jr., 2, and Jerry, 1; her mother, Mrs. Viola
WIENS, a sister Mrs. Roy STRAIN, and a brother, Ervin BROWN, all of Janesville; also her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Carolyn SKELLY, and her maternal grandfather, Allen PIERCE, both of Janesville.
Julie Kay is survived by her father, two brothers, her maternal grandmother and
great-grandparents, also her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Clara YLVISAKER, Edgerton.
The funeral of the mother and daughter will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Jones
Funeral Home and at 2 o'clock in the Central Lutheran Church, the Rev. J. R. Hestenes officiating. Burial will be in Fassett Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening.
