- [OBITUARY -] Mrs. Caroline SKELLY
- Mrs. Caroline SKELLY, 79, Rte. 2, Colfax, died yesterday
evening at the Luther Hospital in Eau
- Claire after an illness of several years.
- She was a Janesville resident until three years ago when
she moved to Colfax.
- The former Caroline SALHOFF was born July 28, 1887,
in Janesville, the daughter of Fred and
- Johanna SALHOFF. She was married to Earl SKELLY
in Illinois in April 1932.
- Surviving her are her husband; two sons, Allen PIERCE,
Rte. 6, and Robert PIERCE, Rte. 1,
- Colfax, a daughter, Mrs. Viola WEINS, Janesville;
11 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
- Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Reining Funeral
home, the Rev. Donald Docken
- officiating. Burial in Oak Hill cemetery.
- Friends may call Monday evening at the funeral home.
