Mrs. Corinne ROHWEDER, 82, of 557 N. Walnut, retired Janesville teacher, died
Sunday at Mercy Hospital.
The former Corinne [M.] CRANDALL was born at Milton Sept. 8, 1883; graduated
from Milton Union High School in 1911, Rock County Normal School in 1912, and Whitewater State Teachers College in 1916. She had taught in Beloit and then at Adams and Wilson schools in Janesville for more than 20 years, retiring in 1958.
She was married to Arthur J. ROHWEDER June 26, 1935. He died in 1961.
Mrs. ROHWEDER was a member of Milton Seventh Day Baptist Church, Order of
Eastern Star Chapter 69, Black Hawk Retired Club, and Janesville, Wisconsin and national associations of retired teachers.
Surviving are a son, Arthur T. DONALDSON, Janesville; [and] two grandchildren.
Services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Milton Seventh Day Baptist Church, with burial
in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Overton Funeral Home where Order of
Eastern Star services are at 7:30 p.m. [Monday edition, p. 1]
