Patrick R[aymond] SULLIVAN, 80, of 115 N. Franklin, died unexpectedly
Wednesday at his home in Janesville.
Born Sept. 24, 1897, at Monticello, he was married to Kathryn CLARKE, Oct. 12,
1922, in Milton. She died in 1944.
Mr. SULLIVAN, a Janesville resident since 1926, was employed at the local General
Motors plant from 1926 until 1944, and then was a painting contractor until retiring. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Surviving are a son, Col. John SULLIVAN, Ret., Denver, Colo.; a daughter, Mrs.
Orville OLSON, Janesville; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Michael McQUIRE, Monroe, and a brother, Lloyd, Janesville.
Services are at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church, with burial in Calvary
Cemetery, Monroe.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Schneider Funeral Home, where the
rosary vigil is at 7:30 p.m. [Thursday edition, p. 18]
