- Kenneth [Allison] MAXSON, 54, of 919 N. Harmony Drive,
died Thursday at
- Veterans Hospital, Madison, following a one-year illness.
- He was born Dec. 28, 1925, in Milton. He married Glendolyn
STEVENS in Milton.
- He was a 1943 graduate of Milton Union High School, graduated
from Milton College, was a veteran of World War II, serving in
the 20th Armored Division of the Army in Germany. He was a
member of Professional Golfers Association. For 10 years he
was a golf pro at the Janesville Municipal Golf Course and the
Evansville golf course. Later he operated Ken's Golf Shop,
Highway 26, for five or six years, quitting in 1978 because of
poor health. He and his wife operated a catering service.
- Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Misty, at home; his
mother, Mrs. Melva
- MAXSON of Milton; two brothers, Rolland A. of California
and Keith D. of Janesville.
- Services will be at 11 a. m. Monday at the Albrecht Funeral
Home. Cremation will
- follow. Friends may call Sunday from 7 to 9 at the funeral
