[OBITUARY - Mrs. Bertha PRESS] Mrs. Bertha PRESS, 90, of 937 W. Grand, Beloit, died Saturday in Fair Oaks Nursing Home, South Beloit, Ill. The former Bertha THEILER was born July 16, 1894, in Washington Township, Green County. She married William J. PRESS on Dec. 24, 1928, in Geneva, Ill. He died June 11, 1983. She lived in Janesville before moving to Beloit, where she assisted her husband in operating his business. Surviving is a sister, Lena PFUND of Monroe. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Overton Funeral Home, Janesville, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation is from noon to time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
