- MILTON - Jean F. STOCKMAN, age 82, of Milton, WI,
went home to be with
- her Lord Monday, May 17, 2004. She was born in Milton on
April 10, 1922, daughter of William and Florence (DUCKETT)
TRESCHER. She married Westly N. STOCKMAN in Milton
on June 8, 1946. She was a member of the Milton United Methodist
Church, UMW, and the Edgerton-Milton Chapter 63, O.E.S. She was
bookkeeper for her husband's business, S & S Signs, for many
years. She enjoyed baking, gardening, serving others and spoiling
her grandchildren.
- She is survived by her 5 children: Sandy (Merle) FRANKS
of Milton, Gary (Grace)
- STOCKMAN of Milton, Nancy (Mike) MAIR of Platteville,
Cindy STOCKMAN of Cambridge, and Ron (Terri) STOCKMAN
of Peachtree City, GA; 6 grandchildren: Eric (Rachael) STOCKMAN
and Kristin STOCKMAN, Brian "B.J." and Tracy
MAIR, R. Scott and Andrew STOCKMAN; 4 stepgrandchildren;
9 stepgreat-grandchildren; a brother, Howard (Marian) TRESCHER
of Milton; a sister, Doris (Robert) KNOTT of Racine; a
brother-in- law, Ivan (Joyce) RICE; several nieces and
nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and
2 sisters, Eunice RICE and Marian CUNNINGHAM.
- Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 20,
2004, at Milton United
- Methodist Church in Milton, with Pastors Tom Moe and Virgil
Holmes officiating. Burial will follow at Milton Junction Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of
services at the church. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May
19, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Albrecht Funeral Home, Hwy.
26, Milton. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials
of remembrance may be made to Alzheimer's Association. [Wednesday
