- Funeral services for [Jacob] Homer
HESS, 77, Milton, were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday,
- Nov 8, in the Milton Seventh Day Baptist
Church, Rev. Earl Cruzan officiating. Burial was in the Milton
Cemetery.
- Mr. HESS died Saturday, Nov.
5, in the Beloit Hospital following a long illness.
- The son of George and Naomi LONG
HESS, he was born Jan. 12, 1889 in Roaring
- Springs, Pa. He was married to Stella
LIPPINCOTT Jan. 28, 1911 in Jackson Center, Ohio, and
they moved to Wisconsin in 1932. A bricklayer by trade, he
was employed by area construction contractors until his retirement.
- Surviving are his wife; a son, Loyal
of Beloit; a daughter, Mrs. Leslie (Norma)
- REUFFE
of Springbrook, Wis.; six grandchildren; and one brother, Blair
HESS, of Roaring Springs, Pa.
- He was preceded in death by four brothers
