- Mrs. Homer HESS, 80, former
Milton resident, died Sunday, Oct. 19, in the Beloit
- Memorial Hospital. For the past three
years she had resided at Caravilla, Beloit.
- Funeral services were held at 2 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 22, in the Milton Seventh Day
- Baptist Church, The Rev. Earl Cruzan
officiating. Burial was in the Milton Cemetery with nephews
as pallbearers.
- The former Stella [Irene] LIPPINCOTT
was born July 19, 1889 at Jackson Center,
- Ohio, and was married there to Homer
HESS on Jan. 29, 1911. Since 1931 the couple had resided
in Milton. Mr. HESS died Nov. 6, 1966.
- Mrs. HESS was a member of the
Milton Seventh Day Baptist Church.
- Surviving are a son, Loyal, of Beloit;
a daughter, Mrs. Leslie REFFUE of Spooner;
- six grandchildren; a great-grandchild,
and a brother, Ray LIPPINCOTT, of Milton. [Thursday
