- Mrs. Florence B. ROBINSON, 86,
lifelong area resident, and former school
- teacher, died unexpectedly in her sleep
early Tuesday, June 16, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A.
F. BLOMGREN, 408 Rogers Street, where she had resided
for many years. Death was due to natural causes.
- Funeral services were to be held today,
Thursday, June 18, from the Albrecht Funeral
- Home, Rev. Earl Cruzan, pastor of the
Milton seventh Day Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was
to be in the Milton Cemetery with Carl SUNBY, Russell
MAXSON, Arthur DRAKE and Frank BOLAC as
pallbearers.
- A native of Albion, she was born Feb.
12, 1884, the daughter of Randolph T. and
- Julia OSBORNE BURDICK, and had
moved with her parents to the Milton area as a child. She was
a graduate of the old Milton Junction high school, and attended
Milton College, after which she was a teacher in the Albion and
Otter Creek schools. She was a member of the Milton Junction
Seventh Day Baptist Church.
- Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. A.
F. (Marjorie) BLOMGREN, Milton, and three
- grandchildren; Carol, at home, Ronald
A., Fort Atkinson, and Gary A. of Lake Geneva; five great-grandchildren;
one sister, Mrs. Hazel BAKER, Milton Junction, and several
nieces and nephews. [Thursday edition, p. 2]
