- Friends in the Milton area were recently
informed of the death of Byron K[enneth]
- WELLS
of 40 Owen Street, Eureka Springs, Arkansas, on Jan. 21, 1971.
- Born in Milton on July 22, 1904, he
was a graduate of Milton high school, attended
- the University of Wisconsin and Milton
College from which he was graduated in 1928.
- Mr. WELLS was employed as a
traffic supervisor by the Wisconsin Telephone
- Company from 1928 until time of his
retirement in 1966. During this time he lived successively in
Milwaukee, Madison, Eau Claire, and Racine.
- Survivors include his wife, Orpha,
of Eureka Springs, and one son, Michael B. of
- Barneveld, Wis.
- Mr. WELLS willed his body to
University of Arkansas Medical School. By personal
- request no memorial service was held.

- Masonic services for Roy C[layton]
CLARK [CLARKE] were held at 1:30 p.m.
- Friday in the Albrecht Funeral Home
with burial in the Milton Cemetery.
- A former Milton resident, Mr. CLARK
[CLARKE], 87, died Monday at Fergus
- Falls, Minn., where he had lived since
1953.
- He was born in Milton October 24, 1883,
and was a graduate of Milton High school
- and Milton College. He was a retired
salesman and a member of Lynnhurst Lodge, Northwest Travelers.
He was married to Lyla NOISEAU. [Thursday edition,
