Services for Mrs. Ray LIPPINCOTT, 84, who died Dec. 7 in Memorial Community
Hospital, Edgerton, were held Saturday Dec. 9 in the Albrecht Funeral Home, Rev. Earl Cruzan, pastor of the Milton Seventh Day Baptist Church officiating. Her six grandsons, Bruce and Loren LIPPINCOTT, and Warren, Neil, Rodney and LeRoy LOOFBORO were pallbearers. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
Mrs. LIPPINCOTT had been a hospital patient since suffering a fall two months ago.
The former [Louisa] Belle VAN HORN was born Oct. 20, 1888 at Garwin, Iowa
and was married Jan. 7, 1913 to Mr. LIPPINCOTT. They had made their home in Milton since 1927. Since the death of Mr. LIPPINCOTT in 1970, she had resided with her daughter, Mrs. Carroll LOOFBORO, R. 1, Milton Junction. She was a member of the Garwin Seventh Day Baptist Church and attended the Milton Seventh Day Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. LOOFBORO; two sons, Lawrence and Walden,
both of Milton; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Alvin VAN HORN, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Orell VAN HORN of Toledo Iowa; a sister, Mrs. Frank HURLEY of Milton. [Thursday edition, p. 6]
