- Mrs. Bertha [F.] REYELTS LOOFBORO,
90, a resident of the Janesville Health
- Care Center, and formerly of 113 Homestead
Rd., died Friday evening, Dec. 19, at Mercy Hospital.
- Born Oct. 9, 1890, in Lowden, Iowa,
she married Lewis L. LOOFBORO on Jan.
- 17, 1912. He preceded her in death.
- Mrs. LOOFBORO had been active
in the Milton community for over 50 years and
- was a former school board member.
During World War II she was employed by the Burdick Corporation.
She was a member of the Milton Seventh Day Baptist Church.
- Surviving are five children, Mrs. Genevieve
JOHNSON, Golden, Colo.; Lewis L. and
- Mrs. Virginia ANDERSON, both
of Janesville; Mrs. Evelyn RASMUSSEN, Milwaukee; and Winston,
of Roscoe, Ill.; 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and
a brother, Marcus REYELTS, of Wahpeton, N. Dakota.
- A memorial service was held at the
Milton Seventh Day Baptist Church with burial at
- the Milton Cemetery. Memorials may
be made to the church or the American Cancer Society.
