Mrs. Bertha [F.] REYELTS LOOFBORO, 90, a resident of the Janesville Health
Care Center, and formerly of 113 Homestead Rd., died Friday evening, Dec. 19, at Mercy Hospital.
Born Oct. 9, 1890, in Lowden, Iowa, she married Lewis L. LOOFBORO on Jan.
17, 1912. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. LOOFBORO had been active in the Milton community for over 50 years and
was a former school board member. During World War II she was employed by the Burdick Corporation. She was a member of the Milton Seventh Day Baptist Church.
Surviving are five children, Mrs. Genevieve JOHNSON, Golden, Colo.; Lewis L. and
Mrs. Virginia ANDERSON, both of Janesville; Mrs. Evelyn RASMUSSEN, Milwaukee; and Winston, of Roscoe, Ill.; 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a brother, Marcus REYELTS, of Wahpeton, N. Dakota.
A memorial service was held at the Milton Seventh Day Baptist Church with burial at
the Milton Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church or the American Cancer Society. [Thursday edition, p. 4]
