- Services for Homer [Nathan] GREEN,
77, of Holiday, Fla., a former Milton resident
- who died Thursday, June 24, in a Florida
Hospital, were held Monday in the Seventh Day Baptist Church
with burial in the Milton East Cemetery.
- Born Sept. 15, 1904, in Farina, Ill.,
he married Miriam DAVIS in Milton, Oct. 11,
- 1924.
- GREEN
had operated GREEN's Barbershop on the main street of
Milton for 37
- years, served as a former President
of the Village of Milton, and was a member of the Milton Seventh
Day Baptist Church and a former member of the Village Square
dancers.
- He was preceded in death by a son,
H. Theodore of Milton, in 1972.
- Surviving are his wife; a son, John
of Twin Lakes; a daughter, Mrs. Enid NOBLE of
- Miami; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
