- Lawrence L[ehman] LIPPINCOTT,
66, of 109 Wallace Way, Milton, died Sunday,
- Sept. 28 at the University Hospital,
Madison.
- Born November 29, 1919 in Garwin, Iowa,
he was the son of Ray and Belle
- LIPPINCOTT.
He married Alice SCHIEFELBEIN on August 8, 1947, in
Milton.
- A longtime Milton resident, he attended
Milton College. He formerly owned and
- operated Milton school buses and was
later employed 21 years as an auto mechanic by Wells Motors,
Janesville. He was a World War II Army veteran and attended
the Seventh Day Baptist Church, Milton.
- Surviving are his wife; a son, Loren,
of Milton; one granddaughter; and a brother,
- Walden, of Milton.
- Services were Wednesday, Oct. 1 in
the Seventh Day Baptist Church, Milton with
- Rev. Herbert Saunders officiating and
burial followed in Milton Cemetery. Albrecht Funeral Home-Milton
was in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the
Trauma Life Center, University of Wisconsin Hospital, Madison.
