- Virginia B[elle] CROUCH, 75,
of 432 Chicago St., died Saturday, June 13, 1992
- at Mercy Hospital.
- She was born June 22, 1916 in Jackson
Center, Ohio, the daughter of Guy and
- Norma (JONES) POLAN.
The family moved to Milton when Virginia was four and she lived
most of her life in the Milton area. CROUCH graduated
from high school in 1933 and Milton College in 1938. She married
Herbert CROUCH and was a member of the Milton Seventh
Day Baptist Church.
- Mrs. CROUCH is survived by her
husband, Herbert; three sons: David of
- Bloomington, Ind., Alan (Janette) of
Daytona Beach, Fla., and Steven (Rebecca) of Pinole, Calif.;
three brothers: Neil of Janesville, and Roger (Jeanette) and
Russell (June), both of Santa Barbara, Calif.; two sisters: Maurine
LOOMER of Green Bay and Charlotte WHITFORD of Milton;
and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter,
Ann; and one brother, Robert.
- Memorial services were held Tuesday,
June 16, at Milton Seventh Day Baptist
- Church. Memorials may be made to the
Milton Seventh Day Baptist Church Library. Albrecht Funeral
Home, Milton, handled the arrangements. [Thursday edition,
