- Clara E. LOOFBORO, 93, died
Friday, Oct. 22, 1999, at Evansville Manor, where
- she resided the past five years.
She was born Oct. 26, 1905 in New Auburn, the daughter of Ralph
and Mary (MATTISON) LOOFBORO. She married Wesley
LOOFBORO in 1950. She was a member of the Seventh Day
Baptist Church in Albion, a former Grange member and very active
in church organizations.
- She is survived by two stepsons, Carroll
(Dorthea) LOOFBORO of Milton and
- Victor (Gwendolyn) LOOFBORO
of Milwaukee; a sister-in-law, Esther LOOFBORO of New
Auburn; 17 step-grandchildren; many step-great-grandchildren;
and two step-great- great-grandchildren.
- Funeral services were held Sunday,
Oct. 24, 1999, at the Albrecht Funeral Home.
- Michael Burns officiated. Burial
was in Milton Junction Cemetery. Graveside services were held
Monday at the cemetery. [Thursday edition, p. 5]
