- Esther Louise CLARK, 95, died
Friday, April 11, 2003.
- She was born June 10, 1907, to Philip
and Inez (KILLAM) BAUER of Milton. She
- graduated from Milton Union High School
and entered Mercy Hospital School of nursing in 1927. She married
John D. CLARK on June 29, 1929 in Milton. He died Dec.
30, 1980. They farmed for 61 years in this area. She was
a member of the First United Methodist Church. She worked at
Memorial Community Hospital and the Shearer, Cohen Clinic in
Edgerton from 1953 to 1972.
- She is survived by a daughter, Phyllis
BINGHAM and a son John Randy (Margaret)
- CLARK,
both of Milton; four grandsons: Dan (Sandy) BINGHAM of
Janesville, David (Marsha) BINGHAM of Milton, Gary (Laurie)
CLARK of Milton, John W. (Lisa) CLARK of Janesville
and seven great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law Robert P. CLARK;
three sisters-in-law: Mary Kay CLARK, Leona CLARK,
and Phoebe BAUER. She was preceded in death by her husband,
parents and two brothers: Harold BAUER of Milton and Russell
BAUER of Edgerton.
- A Memorial Service will be held at
1:30 p. m., Sunday, April 27, 2003, at The
- Gathering Place. Burial will take
place in the Milton Cemetery at a later date. [Thursday edition,
