- Janette Lee CROUCH, 57, of Ormond
Beach, Fla., died Saturday, July 10, 2004 at
- home.
- She was born Jan. 19, 1947 in Edgerton,
Wis., to William "Bud" and Marguerite
- HEINIG.
She graduated from Milton Union High School in 1965. She
moved to Florida in 1973 from DeRuyter, NY. She earned a bachelor
of science degree in nursing from the University of Central Florida.
She had been employed as a registered nurse at Halifax Medical
Center, Daytona Beach, Fla. She was a member of the Daytona
Beach Seventh Day Baptist Church, where she was a deaconess,
choir member and historian. She was also a member of Sigma
Theta Tau, an honorary nurses organization.
- Survivors include her husband of 35
years, Alan CROUCH; two sons, Nathan of
- Jonesborough, Tenn. and Richard of
Carraway, Fla.; three grandchildren; her mother, Marguerite HEINIG
of Ormond Beach; a brother, David HEINIG and a sister,
Penny HUSTER, both of DeLand, Fla.
- Graveside services will be held at
2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 24 at the Milton Cemetery.
- Alavon Direct Cremation of South Daytona,
Fla. is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to
