- Funeral services for Mrs. Alta SANQUIENT of Chicago
were held in the Gray and
- Albrecht funeral home, Milton Junction, Monday at 9 a.m.,
with Rev. Jos. J. Ryan of St. Mary's Catholic church officiating.
Burial was in Milton cemetery next to her sister Mrs. Elsie
STORY who died in Chicago a few years ago and was brought
here for burial.
- Alta [May] PIERCE was born in Milton Junction 44 years
ago but had resided for
- some time in Chicago where she died Thursday, Dec. 1. Her
husband preceded her in death but she is survived by a 19-year-old
daughter who lives with her grandmother SANQUIENT in St.
Louis, Mo. Other survivors are her father, Sidney PIERCE,
who lives on the town line road south of Milton, and her sister
Mrs. Frank McQUEENEY of Chicago. [Thursday edition,
