NORTH LOUP -- Marjorie C. GOODRICH, 71, of North Loup died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2003, at Valley County Nursing Home in Ord.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Seventh Day Baptist Church in North Loup.
The Rev. Chris Mattison will officiate.
Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery at North Loup.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Ord Memorial Chapel.
Ms. GOODRICH was born March 20, 1932, at Hammond, La., to John Benjamin and Lillian
Marie (GRAY) CAMPBELL.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, James and Helen GOODRICH of North
Loup, and John and Ricky GOODRICH of Anchorage, Alaska; two daughters and a son-in-law, Janece and Wayne MOLLHOFF of Ashland and Joni KUZMA of Grand Island; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Elsie CAMPBELL of Sun Prairie, Wis., and Elnoe and Judy CAMPBELL of Janesville, Wis.
Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Marjorie was raised in Milton, Wis. She graduated from Milton Union High School in 1950. She
received nurses' training at the Methodist Hospital and the University of Wisconsin.
On Jan. 27, 1952, she married Ronald GOODRICH in Milton, Wis.
She lived at Fort Carson, Colo., before making North Loup her home. She worked in Dr.
MARKLELY's Clinic in North Loup and at the Valley County Hospital in Ord as a nurses' aide.
She was a member of the North Loup Seventh Day Baptist Church, Dr. Grace Missionary
Society, American Legion Auxiliary Ralph R. Rich Post No. 285, North Loup Election Board, North Loup Library Board, North Loup Housing Authority, and the church choir. She was also an American Red Cross volunteer.
Marjorie enjoyed her children and grandchildren and their various activities. She also enjoyed
puzzles, writing and music.
She was a caregiver to many people in the area and was always willing to help when needed.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Robert GOODRICH.
Memorials are suggested to the Seventh Day Baptist Church.
