FUNERAL SERVICES FOR SETH FISHER Will Be Held From Late Residence Tomorrow Afternoon at Two--In Center at Four.   All that remains of the late Seth FISHER will be tenderly committed to its place of final rest in the Center [Bethel] cemetery tomorrow. Funeral services will be held from the home at 203 North Jackson street at two o'clock and from the church in the town of Center at four in the afternoon. Rev. R. M. Vaughan and Rev.
