- Mrs. Josephine M. SNYDER
- Word was received in this city Thursday of the death of Mrs.
Josephine MARSHALL
- SNYDER, a former resident, who died at her home in
Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, Canada, at 10:45 Wednesday night,
following a stroke of paralysis, suffered three weeks ago.
- She was born in Fancy Creek, Richland county, in 1861, and
was married to Frank SNYDER,
- Center, November, 1892, residing in Center until 1897, when
they moved to Janesville. Later they moved to Canada and recently
to Portage La Prairie.
- Besides her husband and son, Clifford, both of Canada, she
is survived by the following brothers
- and sisters of her husband: F. W., Charles and Glen SNYDER,
Mrs. George GATZINGER, all of this city, and Mrs. John
SMITH, Groton, Wis.
- Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed. The body
may be brought here for burial.
