- Died, at his home at Rock River, Thursday
morning, August 28, Mr. Orrin L. [D.]
- VINCENT,
aged 62 years and two months. He was one of the early settlers
in the county, having come to Wisconsin in 1849. Mr. VINCENT
was a very kind hearted, generous man, well and favorably known
throughout this county. His death will be a great loss to his
family. He leaves to survive him a wife, three sons and three
daughters. The funeral services were held on Friday last in
the church at Rock River, a very large concourse of friends attending
the same. The services were conducted by Rev. E. M. Dunn, who
was called home by telegram, from Lake Geneva, where he had been
attending the Y.M.C.A. convention. The remains were interred
in the cemetery at Milton Junction. [Thursday edition, p.
