Prompt Shipments - We aim to keep a stock of vehicles complete, or well along toward completion, and please our customers with prompt shipment. During the heavy manufacturing season our capacity is frequently taxed to its utmost, and customers should plan to place their orders as far in advance before actually needing the goods as possible to insure having them on time.

Attention - Owners of buggies occasionally complaining that piano boxes open at the corners. When this happens it is because they have allowed moisture to get to the sills and frame of the body. These are bone dry, and if they swell nothing can keep the corners from opening. If water is left in the bottom of the body when washed, or if a wet carpet is left in the buggy after it has been out in the rain, the corners will open. Caution your customers on this point. Our bodies are built in the best possible manner.

How to Order - To avoid delays and unnecessary correspondence, orders should clearly state what is wanted. The following specifications should always be stated which are usually over-looked.
Out catalog number of vehicle.
Width of buggy body.
Color of gear.
Axle - Arch or drop.
Top - Kind and number of bows.
Wheels - Style, height and tread.
Trimming - Cloth or leather, style and color.

Catalog specifications should be followed closely to assist prompt service. Changes
will often prevent the order being filled promptly and subject it to additional charges. Mail orders will always have prompt and careful attention.
